TENDER AND RECOMMENDATION

v      To prepare and finalized all MEP re-drawings in Auto CAD files for previous documents and MEP drawings for other additional service facilities, specifications and such other document as may be necessary for tender documentation.

v      To advise and propose a list firms to be included in the tender list and conduct pre qualification exercise.

v      To invite on behalf of the Employer tenders for the Project.

       .

v      To evaluate tenders received and make recommendation to the Employer in the selection and appointment of the sub-contractors for the various MEP services.

       .

v      Together with the Architect and QS, award contracts on behalf of the Employer.

       .

v      To prepare contract document for signatures by the Building Services Contractors and Nominated Sub-Contractors.
