DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

v      To develop the outline designs and produce Sketch Drawings of architectural and structural planning requirements associated with Engineering Services, showing locations and approximation sizes of plant rooms, major items of plant, major ducts and service runs.

 .

v      To prepare a revised estimate, as a continuation of duty specified under clause 1.f. but using the schematic design information, for inclusion in the overall cost plan prepared by the design team.

v      To submit final scheme designs for each of the Engineering Services to be included in the Project.

v      To attend all meetings conducted by the Architect/Project Manager in connection with the project.
